Ingredients
Scale
Sauce
- 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Dumplings & Garnish
- 1 bag (16 ounces) refrigerated or frozen dumplings (use your favorite kind)
- Sliced green onion, for garnish
- Chili oil crunch, for garnish
- Cilantro, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the dumplings.
- Make Sauce: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, whisk together the coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, and ground ginger until fully combined.
- Arrange Dumplings: Place the refrigerated or frozen dumplings evenly over the sauce in the baking dish, then spoon some sauce on top of the dumplings to keep them moist while baking.
- Bake Dumplings: Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden on top and the sauce is bubbly. If using frozen dumplings, add a few extra minutes to ensure they are cooked through.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove the baking dish carefully from the oven, then sprinkle sliced green onions, chili oil crunch, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds over the dumplings. Serve warm and enjoy your flavorful one-pan meal!
Notes
- If using frozen dumplings, slightly increase the baking time by about 3 to 5 minutes for thorough cooking.
- Adjust the amount of red curry paste based on your preferred spice level.
- For a vegan option, ensure the dumplings are plant-based.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
